For a long time I have wanted to visit the Giant’s Causeway and then the opportunity came up for me to come for a week to Northern Ireland and stay in Enniskillen, which is surrounded by lovely lakes. Only two and half hours from the Giant’s Causeway, it was perfect timing to visit. Cleansing in the Cotswold’s

I love the Cotswold’s,  but I hadn’t been there for many years, and then the opportunity came to visit my friend Natasha who had bought a beautiful old cottage in a stunning village. Our friend Dawn was coming too and we were going to do an atmospheric cleanse to purify the energy in her new home and infuse it with her intentions. New beginnings

We can create a new beginning anytime we want. It is always within our power to do so. There are certain times when we celebrate new beginnings en-mass like New Year and Spring time, or a new event in our lives such as a marriage or birth. All these times have a positive connotation and it feels wonderful to be alive!
